When they are based completely on reality, yes of course I am. Most sane, nonbiased people, are able to consider circumstances that impact situations.

So, yes I am willing to take into consideration the fact that our best player was not cleared by the NCAA for the first quarter of the season, especially since we saw a much higher level of play with him on the roster. And yes, I am willing take into consideration that we had several games cancelled toward the end of the season when we playing some of our best basketball.

Fair points. That said, at some point the excuses have to end.

I think this upcoming year is pivotal. Win this mediocre conference and make the dance.

AAC just needed to be put on the stage to be recognized.....Looks as though taking NIT and FF may has just about done that.....AAC is Legit 04-rock

AAC is not legit until it wins games in the early season OOC.

Until we do that we will continue to get crapped on when it is time for bids to be handed out.

At which point the NCAA moves the goal posts to highlight some issue "proving" AAC is subpar compared to SEC, ACC, Big10, Big12, PAC...... Bottom line, the NCAA isn't here to create a level playing field. They're here to control revenue using the false pretenses of "student athletes" and "amateurism."

AAC is Legit, just doesn't garner the respect.....How many teams did BIGX get into the tourney and based off of what

9 teams from Big10. 2x 1-seeds. 2x 2-seeds.....1 made Sweet16

It doesn't matter if it is the RPI, NET, Sagarin, Kenpom, BPI, etc. All of those were created with the goal of creating a system that is supposedly free of bias and emotion.

What happens instead? We get the eye test, beating tournament teams, Q1 wins and all that bull****. Michigan State and Wichita were in the 70's in the NET and they still got in. St. Louis was more than 30 points higher than both and got left out.
