Guess the Deandre Williams stat
I thought it was interesting that while looking some other stuff up with recruits I noticed DW ranked in the top 25 nationally in a particular statistic. Would not have thought he was even close. Anyone got a guess without looking it up?

So this was interesting also. According to NCAA.com statistics he wasn’t listed there but his 45.5% shooting would have put him 4th in the nation. Maybe he didn’t qualify there officially since he missed the first part of the season and doesn’t shoot many.

He was ranked 22nd in steals per game.

He didn't qualify because he only shot 33 attempts. it doesn't say what the minimum attempts are but the lowest attempts on that list is 89.

It’s not a great looking shot but it sure goes in a lot.

If I remember correctly, while watching the upset over KY, DW may have gotten an impressive steal to seal the game......My first time watching him in a Tiger uni.....His most incredible impression was ripping a guard in the middle of the court and taking it for a dunk, he is deceptively quick

It looked like he made other teams defense go in slow motion, when he had the ball or just moving around on offense.

Steals makes sense...

The guy was tenacious and aggressive...But he needs to know when to tone that down.

You hate to ask a player to tone it down but we really needed him to stay on the floor and that mentality led to too many fouls.

Precious Achiuwa was the absolute best at staying cool. He was called for many a foul when it was really a great play and he said nothing. Easily one of his greatest attributes.

He would just shake his head and smile. And he got some bad calls too.

Making his team's fans nervous that he is going to get "tech'ed" out of the game? I know I was sweating for him the first few games he played this season.

I remember I couldn’t stop laughing one time back when we had Joey Dorsey. In one of the NCAA tournament games he got a tech and they put up a stat of “leads the NCAA in technical fouls with X” 03-lmfao
