I am sure there will be some complaining about the pace of his game, since they are used to Smart's pressing game, but a little winning should take care of that. And Texans tend to be clannish, so they can say that Beard is one of their own.

Probably the job he always wanted. Probably beyond his wildest dreams prior to his year in Little Rock.

Happy For Coach Beard! Wish Little Rock could have had him a bit longer!

I am sure he won't lose any sleep over it, but there is just no way I am going to root for Texas.
