Last Friday a 13 year old girl was tragically killed here in the West End of Henrico County/Richmond.
Her parents are JMU grads.
A GoFundMe account has been set up for a memorial/scholarship in Lucia Bremer's name.

I'm not sure if there are other ways to help.

My wife works @ Godwin High School, which fronts the park where this unfortunate tragedy took place. All are quite shook up.
