Lawyer refuses to wear mask judge throws out clients case.
Although he provided no medical evidence or documentation lawyer claimed he could not comply with the mask requirement. The judge offered a smaller courtroom so that lawyer could be heard or that the case could be continued using another lawyer in the same firm. Both options were declined and so the judge threw the case out. (The client can refile with another lawyer.)

The lawyer said he can't go forward with the case wearing a mask, doesn't contest the mask requirement, but he doesn't want anybody else in his law firm to take the case. Sounds reasonable.
