NCAA v. Alston is coming up for US Supreme Court argument this week. I though this article analyzing the positions of the various parties and the potential results when the Court makes a decision was very interesting. It could have significant effects almost like NCAA v. BOR Oklahoma did 40 years ago.

I think it would be like Attackcoog in legalizing the current practices. It would probably to more to keep college sports clean due to current rules.
