She hates Doocey's guts. She does everything possible to try and not show it. So much so... that it becomes glaringly obvious. The Biden handlers are terrified of him and what he might ask the President that would set him off on a babbling tirade of nonsense that would make him look worse than he already does.
I hate to be repetitive..but..I can tell you from experience...Those with early onset dementia have a very hard time handling confrontation and you never know how they will react to it or any type of pressure situation. That is what is going on here. Biden's handlers are having to insulate him from any type of situation in which his deficit might come clearly obvious. I did this with my father. I shielded him for several years from things that would set him off.
Ill be totally shocked if Doocey ever gets called on in a Biden presser. Jen is his shield and that is as close as he will get.
I’m betting there’s no other press conference. That was it....done...without Big Top Joe pooping himself. They won’t chance another one.
Quote:Joe Biden almost caused yet another international incident. Biden previously claimed during an interview that he told Vladmir Putin to his face that he was soulless and called him a killer. Russia then recalled their ambassador to reevaluate their relationship with the U.S. Putin then challenged Biden to a live debate and Biden said he was “too busy,” backing down.
His team must be so busy running cover for all the things he messes up.
There was a big one that he made on Thursday during the press conference.
While he was talking about Afghanistan, he forgot the name of the Afghan president, calling him by the wrong name. “And General Austin is — just met with Kayani and I’m waiting for the briefing on that,” Biden said. The president’s name is Gen. Ashraf Ghani. Biden appeared to confuse him with the former chief of Pakistan’s defense forces, the retired Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani. According to the New York Times, Kayani was often accused of “double-dealing and bad faith.” Probably not a good thing to call someone who you’re supposed to know and be friendly with. Yikes. Just another one of those “no problem here” issues with Biden.
On top of that, Biden seemed to question the legitimacy of Ashraf Ghani as the president of Afghanistan.
“He is the — the ‘leader,’ quote, in Afghanistan and Kabul. And there’s a U.N.-led process that’s beginning shortly on how to mechanically get people — how to end this war,” Biden said.
That’s not good when Ghani’s rival is still questioning the election, but we’ve recognized Ghani.
But in addition to his big gaffe that could have been insulting to Ghani, the White House made a problematic move, quietly stealth editing the transcript of what was said to correct the part where Biden said the wrong name of the president. That’s really bad because the transcript is supposed to be the official historical record of what was said, you’re just supposed to put in whatever was said/done. It is very wrong to change it particularly in a stealth edit. What else are they changing if they are willing to stealth edit such things?
Once again, it becomes a transparency issue, the Biden team keeps having the same kind of problem as they try to cover for Joe’s problems. So they need to ask Jen Psaki why is the White House trying to rewrite history and coverup Joe Biden’s mistakes?
No problem. They will submit all of Big Top Joe’s notes to the national archives. As a matter of fact they didn’t need a press conference at all. They should have just handed out his written answers during the 20 minutes he was late along with the questions he was about to be asked. Make it easy.....
My favorite part is when he just kinda forgets where his sentence was going and stops talking......Classic mid-stage dementia.....or I guess he could just be very drunk....

Quote:The White House quietly corrected a gaffe President Biden made during his Thursday news conference in which he appeared to mix up the names of Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and the controversial former head of Pakistan's military.
"And General Austin is — just met with Kayani and I’m waiting for the briefing on that," Biden said Thursday.
But the official White House transcript of the briefing now says "Ghani" instead of Kayani.
Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani departed the Pakistan military in 2013. In a retrospective on Kayani's leadership, The New York Times reported that Kayani was often accused of "double-dealing and bad faith."
But besides confusing Ghani with Kayani at the briefing, Biden appeared to question the legitimacy of Ghani as Afghanistan's president.
"He is the — the 'leader,' quote, in Afghanistan and Kabul. And there’s a U.N.-led process that’s beginning shortly on how to mechanically get people — how to end this war," Biden said.
That quote was not changed in the White House official transcript.
Ghani won a contested presidential election that was held last year and was sworn in in March. His rival continues to contest the election results but the U.S. has recognized Ghani as the winner of the election.
Zalmay Khalilzad ‒ an American diplomat who has served under every president since George W. Bush and is at the center of the peace efforts in Afghanistan ‒ and Gen. Austin Miller, along with many other diplomats, attended Ghani's recent swearing-in, according to the Times.
