Starting a game 3 thread to hopefully change the game trajectory.

Lack of free passes today from Jaguars pitching staff is exposing the Owls offense. Deskins was cruising with 7Ks for the 1st 7 outs. Then gives up 4 runs with 2 outs in the T3. Gallant gives up another in T4.

1-5 going to B4.

Anyone getting the CUSA-TV video to work? I’m getting a “video not available on this platform” message.

Owls go quietly in the B4 and B5 going 1-7 with only a Cruz single in the 4th.

1-5 going to T6.

They moved it to youtube because of the difficulties. But be warned, it's not pretty to view (well the video quality is fine - it's just the result on the field that isn't pretty).

Now that I have video, I see the Owls are wearing everyone’s favorite uniforms today. They kind of match the Owls’ performance today so far.

Three Owl singles after 1 out plates the 2nd run. 2 on, 1 out, Cruz up.

Antonio doubles to RF to bring home the 3rd run. 2 Owls in scoring position, still 1 out, pitching change for Southern. Lefty with 6.43 ERA coming in.

Karp tries to bunt for hit, but thrown out a 1st. On to 7th.

When you're not having much success, you have to celebrate what you can.

At the time Bragga was hired, the press releases stated that it was a 5 year contract. What will Rice baseball look like after 2 more years? Those nice commitments from high school juniors could vanish overnight if this nightmare continues past the end of this season.
