I don’t subscribe to the notion rooting for the team in the conference because it’s to the benefit of the conference members.

Every year there’s a champion in every sport and I have yet to figure out how it benefits Western. They may receive some money. Big whoop. If there isn’t a direct correlation I see no sense.

And yes I detest Ohio and Toledo.

I will always cheer for G5, then FCS, then non-football D1 schools before any P5. Good for Ohio!

The only area where I'd agree w/ Cucumber is if a MAC school started getting too good.
