Really hate how we choose to end the first half. 1 minute on the clock at the ball at the 50. What do we do run up the middle and let the clock run out. Win the dam game.

Just tuned in. Had to rub my eyes when I saw the score. This thing better evolve into a total beatdown. Anything less is unacceptable.

Any news on RB Bridges?

We really need an additional helmet, but I like the changeup. Can't say I've ever seen us in black.

Give Midwestern State some credit they are playing well. Good play calling on their part.

This team is too inconsistent for the big time. I know it's just basically Spring ball, but you gotta play to win. They are just not sharp, hyper-focused and dialed-in like last.year's team. In fact, last year's D2 team would beat this D1 team.

Just ran out of gas down the stretch after that Missouri road trip. Tarleton was the best (most talented) team in the country last year. With Ben Holmes, McCants and Zimari Manning back this year, we'd be killing it.

Whiiten seemed to have found a McCants 2.0 in Bridges, but the kid's gone AWOL.

Transition is tough on everyone. Trying to recruit, win games, and maintain the current level of talent through the transition years basically playing for pride.

Hope the offense improves this fall or it may be a very long season. Improvement needed everywhere, including play calling. Offense may need to incorporate a few more wrinkles. Agree strongly with the inconsistent play, especially offensively. Maybe the worst offense in last 3-4 years.

Fade, slant, zone run, zone read, tunnel screen to the WR, and the occasional screen to the RB in 3rd and long. What else am I missing from the call sheet... oh yes the twice a game beater route to the TE up the seem.
