Did he leave on his own? It kinda sounds like he did and EMU is kind of trying to spin it like it was their idea.

Then again, maybe he knew he was out and lined up the new job before it was announced. Eh...it's a little odd.

My understanding is that if they waited until he accepted the new position they wouldn't have to pay the last 100K of his salary.

Yeah but purportly the names that surfaced are Saddi Washington Deandre Haynes and Charlie Henry who was rumrumored to be in the mix for the NIU job. We will have,a good field of candidates.
