If you still count Louisville as an AAC team, then yes.
You've almost figured it out, just need to work on your conference membership memorization.

Louisville was never a member of the AAC.

Being a moron is one thing. Pounding your chest and telling people how smart you are, while being a moron, is a whole different animal.

Quote:I will type this slowly, so you can understand...

That's exactly what you were trying to do, but it blew up in your face, didn't it? My initial response to you was actually quite civil.

Blow up in my face? I'm not the one doubling down that the NCAA tournament committee looks at each conference and determines how many teams they're going to select, from each.

I mean, this discussion is so ludicrous, but sure...it blew up in my face. Whatever makes you feel like you "won" the conversation.

It's the same thing as Tubby and every opinion you have. According to you, Tubby was awesome. Everyone was stupid for thinking that Tubby was doing a bad job, thinking that Tubby wouldn't have us in the tournament in year 3 and stupid for thinking he would get fired.

Everyone has presented compelling and well reasoned arguments destroying what you are saying. Posters who often don't agree on anything, agree on this. Instead of for once, having something resembling proper self awareness, you keep going, opening yourself up to continued ridicule. Yes, we are all stupid and you are smart.

43 St. Louis 2-2 Quad 1
50 Boise State 2-4 Quad 1
51 Colorado State 2-4 Quad 1
53 Ole Piss 3-5 Quad 1

72 Wichita 2-3 Quad 1

St. Louis
2-2 Quad 1
43 NET
52 Sagarin
37 BPI

Wichita
2-3 Quad 1
72 NET
66 Sagarin
97 BPI

Boise was at 50 and Colorado State was at 51. St. Louis was at 43 with a better Quad 1 record than Wichita and 29 spots higher than them in the NET, and 60 spots higher than them in the BPI. Obviously, the committee decided that the AAC, MVC and A-10 were all 2 bid conferences.

20 teams with NET rankings BETTER than Michigan State and Wichita got left out of the tournament. The committee let in Wichita ahead of 3 A-10 teams, Duke who is 32 ahead of them in the NET, and Loserville who is 16 ahead of them in the NET, and 2 MWC schools that are more than 20 ahead of them.

Do you really think it was because of Wichita's other Quad 1 road win against Ole Piss? 03-lmfao01-wingedeagle

Quote:this discussion is so ludicrous.

You got that right. You are arguing against everyone and insisting that you are right. You don't understand, and you are clueless about how not smart you are looking right now. I don't know which is worse. Ignorance is bliss, I guess.

It was a joke.
To go along with the joke that you are clinging to that is the NCAA committee doesn't look at conference affiliation.

Wichita would have fallen to 2-4 in quad 1 games, and 4-5 in quad 1 and 2 games with a NET of 72-73. Ole Piss was 3-5 in quad 1 games and 7-9 in quad 1 and 2 games with a NET of 53, and didn't make it.

Not a chance. Zero.

Well, then.... how did they get in in the first place? They lost to Cincy, for cryin out loud... Those are awful numbers.

Exactly because of what everyone is saying. The AAC, MWC, and A-10 were all deemed to be 2 bid conferences.

They slotted the AAC two teams. That is the only logical explanation.

St. Louis didn't make it with 2 Q1 wins and almost 30 spots higher in the Net

WSU made it in because they were reg season conference champs and no bad losses. If we had done the same, we would have their spot. Winning your conference reg season title carries alot of weight with committee.

And they were Co-Champions with Cincy

We beat them home & home though. Embarrassed them enough that they fled to the ACC.

We didn't make it simply because we didn't make FTs. As much as we might have the "powers" against us, FTs kept us out.

They gone!

Not what our conference needed, even if it was in the play-in game.

Should have never been there...

After a loss to Cinci...

The same Cinci team that had just got blown out at home to Vandy.

Agreed. I still don't get the bid for Witchy.
