MyBB Patriot League Championship: Loyola Maryland (6-10) vs. Colgate (13-1)
Colgate has been the NET exception all season, they are NET #8. I don't think anyone outside of Colgate believes they are a top 10 team. If Loyola wins, they will be the only team in this year's tournament with a losing record.

You want a bracketologist nightmare? If Colgate wins, they are probably around a #12 seed. If Loyola wins, they are probably a 1st 4 team (although their NET is actually #151 and theoretically would go up if they beat Colgate). The difference is around 16 teams being moved on the S-curve although you could just move one 16 seed to a 15, one 15 seed to a 14, etc. if Loyola wins.

Also, if Colgate loses, what would their NET be? It should still be in the top 20 I would think although no one but the NCAA knows the NET and they probably won't update it publicly after today's games. I'd have to believe that Colgate isn't going to be an at large team if they lose but if Colgate is a "top 10 NET team" with a loss, shouldn't they be in? Forget Cincinnati and Oregon State, is Loyola the real bid stealer? Only the NCAA knows the NET ranking. At least people knew how to calculate the RPI.
