It is as plausible that she died of something else that caused liver failure as from the vaccine. We likely will never know. If I had to guess...She had a terrible reaction to it. We all have seen varying side effects in people we know. There is no reason to not believe that a tiny number of people actually have a reaction that could cause death. As with every vaccine and most drugs...there is that risk. Honestly..If you are one of those people that has a history of serious allergic reactions..Id weigh that in my decision to take this. Not everyone has to have it to obtain herd immunity.

Anyway, could there have been any something else go wrong, sure, but to totally discount the vaccine had anything to do with her death is asinine and childish. The pattern you describe is one associated with the vaccines but rare. The body's immunes system goes into hyper drive and attacks the organs as well as the virus.

They aren't sure exactly why this happens but it suspected that asymptomatic COVID may be involved. A young man who works locally just had his Aunt, late 40's, put in intensive care for the same reason. The odds are still .015 per million doses given that this will happen. Considering that there is a lot of data pointing to the fact that young people who have mild cases of COVID may be likely to develop clotting issues later in life (I have no clue how they know this except that incidences of it have been seen in those past their 40's already) indicates that clearly this will be a risk reward issue. For those who have allergic reactions to influenza vaccines it may be best to wait. For others perhaps not.

I took my first vaccination of Moderna today, we'll see. If a month from now you aren't reading my posts you'll know I really screwed up on this one. So let me go ahead and blame my wife who would have made my life a living hell if I had chosen not to do so. Risk / reward in action my friends!
