I can remember a couple of close losses to nemesis Bradley back in the glory days. I can also remember that Houston had a guy on its team named Lyle Harger. He sticks in my mind because he was obviously older than his teammates (a veteran, maybe?) and he had a tattoo. A tattoo! No college kids had tattoos back then. Scandalous!

Does anyone else remember the two striking blondes who attended most home games ca. 1959-1963) at UC? All eyes were on them every time they made a late entrance to the old Armory Fieldhouse, usually a couple of minutes after the game had started and everyone else was seated. Mother and daughter, I think, who looked like twins.

It was a horrible play with 3 secs left since they had to go the length of the court.

You can't toss the ball to anyone going backward or sideways that far back. Honestly they could catch it in the back court if their guard was going forward. It was horrible design and execution.

I was at the shootout in '90 Huggins' first year. One of the worst ref rip off jobs I've ever seen.

Got verbally assaulted and pelted by debris from all the classy X people all game. Then as we were walking out we got spit on by some puny little X punk up in the end zone section knowing we couldn't get up there and beat his @$$.

Still makes me mad to this day to think about it.

Yeah, was thinking the same thing.

We've got to attack the basket more. To many 3's going up.

Only against UC can a team be off for 32 days and come out sharp as a tack.
