Lovan is 2nd team

This looks about right. I really don’t expect a lot of all-conference players - except defense - under Kennedy’s system. Offense is not really geared to getting the ball to one key player who avg 20+ ppg. Now rebounds and defensive stats? I can almost guarantee we’ll have multiple players on those lists every season.

Did AK's teams play this way while he was at Ole Miss? I admittedly did not watch many Ole Miss games, but I just seem to remember them being more of run and gun teams. I remember he had that one player who would take like 10 three pointers a game.. Henderson I think..

We do press a good bit, and certainly pressure defensively, but we are no where near a fast paced/run and gun team..

It was Henderson I believe. We didn’t have that player on the roster.

Keep in mind that just like he inherited our terrible OOC schedule, he inherited some players, too. 2nd year for a college hoops coach says a lot more about the system and kind of players he prefers.

we need to remember he has not been able to recruit normally due to COVID. It might take an extra year before we get a good idea

True true. I don’t care how his teams play as long as we keep winning. I just had a different idea in my head on the style his teams played.

Does anyone know if any of the seniors outside of Quan are going to come back next year?
