How long does he make it?

There is no chance he makes all 4 years, campaigning for a second term will kill him - if he makes it that long.

The question is when to have him removed. Republicans need to do it prior to him serving two years so Harris can't end up in the WH for 10 years. It's a gamble, but well worth the risk to get him out prior to 2023. Dems will hire a body double if they think they can get away with it to ensure he makes it to two years.

He didn't "campaign" the first time.

Democrats will decide when they want him out and I imagine it will be just after 24 months so Harris could theoretically serve 10 years.

He has been unfit for at least the last year. They will prop up their puppet as long as they choose.

I've been wondering if they'll use deepfakes to make him look coherent in speeches.

My best guess is he will resign after midterms for that very reason.

Biden's body double is much younger and in good health. He will complete the four year term for Biden.

I think he makes it all four years but does not run for a second term.

As soon as China is comfortable that they control the VP too. For the first time, China has an asset actually in the White House. They've been cultivating him for years. Due to his family's criminal activities, he's already a blackmail target. They won't just give that up until they know kamala* is in the bag as well.
