Ehh.. i usually take "soft" in sports to mean someone who unnecessarily shies away from contact/difficulty.

I would call Cisse undeveloped - kid is 18.

Yep, the double tech never would have happened if the refs had just called a tech on Collins or at least reviewed that hip toss move
