If we fought, like even Elon, it’s one thing. We played a sloppy, uninspired, undisciplined game reminiscent of the CB era. THAT, is concerning regardless of what happened last week or last month. Coach CHOSE, to take a few chances and bring in question marks and they didn’t pay off. THAT, is why we had no depth even with the injuries. If they panned out he’s get credit, they didn’t he gets criticism that’s how it’s works

He can change it next year, if he doesn’t he deserves every bit of criticism he will have coming.
Bright side, I now have Flo and I can watch the coach of the year tomorrow

Wow. this post didn't age well just one day later....LOFL.
Still COY and still won more games than your boy. At least they got off the bus for their game, I'm still wondering if we did. And from reading, it's sounding like they got hosed, would have been to be in the position yesterday to get hosed late. Unfortunately for us, there isn't a 20 Point Tech

That and $15 will get him a Flo subscription so he can sit home and watch the tournament on his own campus with the UNCW team and coaches. Then he can watch another CAA team in the Big Dance with us as well.

On to next year for both teams that lost their opening games.

I know you love UNCW, but you get so caught up in being "right". He's our coach. If you want to keep evaluating this team as if nothing happened, go off. I didn't say anything yesterday because it's obvious that is what you are going to do, but it really does seem sometimes that you'd rather your observations be validated than UNCW improve.

I absolutely would LOVE to be wrong. And i still think he CAN be our guy. And I'm not evaluating him as if nothing happened. This year was a train wreck. That doesn't mean we should ignore things like yesterday that had really nothing to do with that? Some of the depth issue was his own doing, some injuries. I'll give Coach credit, he does more than you guys in terms of letting him own stuff. " The guys were not ready, they were flat, I own that it's my job to get them ready" in his postgame yesterday. Yes, yes it is coach, I'm glad you recognize that. He actually owns it when it's a clear coaching issue, that's a breath of fresh air from the previous regime. You guys refuse to make him own clear cut mistakes. I at least give him credit when it's due. And there were times this year where it was and i did.
He has some serious roster issues to address this offseason, let's hope he does

LOL let's be real, Bruiser deserved many of his techs. When you get T'ed up all the time you get a rep, fair or not. But at that point you no longer get the benefit of the doubt

Bryan kersey was the official that tossed Moss. He is now supervisor of ACC officials.

And there is a back story to that whole ejection

Good ole Kearsey. When i used to sit behind the hoop, i was giving him the business during a TV timeout one time, he turned, looked at me and said " I blew that one didn't I" LOL

Kersey was a good ref. But I could see when he was over worked. He'd get ill as a copperhead. So, he was great to have early on in the season. Later in the season, not so good.

He did and we said as much then. His behavior was not good. But there were plenty, like Rasheed Wallace, that did absolutely nothing and got one because I guess it was the cool thing to do. Getting any treatment, positive or negative, purely because of reputation is a bunch of hooey.
