CAA Hoops Tourney predictions
With 6 days to tip-off it is time to get your bracket out and take your best guess. Mettlen had a lot of juicy tidbits in today’s DNR article for the “what if” scenarios in this crazy COVID bizzaro world.

This years prediction winner will be determined by total games won (including by forfeit). All games are equivalent value. A perfect bracket will have 9 points.
Tiebreakers in order
1 picking the correct champion
2 closest to Total combined score in the finals

* if the CAA tourney is cancelled due to COVID, the contest is void and we will all celebrate JMU getting a backdoor entry into the big dance! How about getting a First Four win and then getting to play Gonzaga on the big stage? We can dream can’t we. 03-cloud9

Prizes
$100 gift card, an assortment of the world’s most delicious snacks, and a 6 pack of your favorite beverage. Hopefully, that is enough fuel for the winner to binge watch March Madness in the lazy boy recliner.

JMU wins it all!!
In the final, JMU is down by 2 with 5 seconds left and the ball out of bounds. Matt Lewis comes hobbling onto the court (ala Kirk Gibson in the 1988 World Series), receives the inbound pass and takes the shot, jumping off of one leg, sinking a three pointer as time expires.
