RE: Weekend Championships
Cal Bap water polo is playing UCLA in the first round on March. The winner takes on Stanford in a semi final. Only 6 teams make it to the NCAA national championship.

UVU wrestling has 2 highly ranked wrestlers among the 4 they qualified for natioanls in St Louis this week. Demetrius Romero has moved up to number 2 in the nation at 174 and is still undefeated on the season. Taylor Lamont is ranked 7th at 125.

For reference, the top 8 placers per weight class earn all a American status.

RE: Weekend Championships
UVU will finish as a top 25 team in the NCAA wrestling championship with 2 All Americans. Neither quite matched their rankings coming into the tourney, and one could not wrestle his final match die to injury but had advanced far enough to be AA.
