Absolutely nothing but surface information any time that Dudley is on radio shows or podcasts. You learn nothing new from him. Such a shame that al.com continues to allow him to write his occasional UAB stories. He is not a beat writer.

Agree. My criticism of him has nothing to do with him as a person - other than I think he is extremely lazy. He has written nothing on basketball - other than on game day - and has done nothing on off season football. There is no excuse for that laziness.

Could they only be paying him to do a limited number of stories about UAB? I agree he's not that good but I also wouldn't expect him to write about us if he's not getting paid.

I'm sure that is possible. Al.com has no interest in giving UAB proper coverage. I suspect that it's a combination of his laziness and their disinterest in UAB.
