Did you make your 2021 donation yet? I think it showed up for me a day after I did that. The option "View my priority points" should show up right below the other options you have.

No I have not. That's probably the situation. That must of changed the site in the last week.

I think there's some sort of glitch. The priority points just disappeared within the past week or so.

What I’ve noticed previously is that the points calculation would sometimes show “0” for current points until you make you current year donation. I’m guessing they made a software change here to only show the points when you’ve made current year donation and have a non-0 current year total.

When I clicked on that option, it gave a more detailed breakdown than I recall seeing previously.

This may have been intentional to prevent displaying a “0” and freaking people out. Looking at the report breakdown, it’s pretty clear the majority of DC members haven’t made their 2021 donations yet.

yeah it disappeared for me too.

I got 4 for WM. It was my second option and I was around 430 priority points.

Congrats to all that got tickets. After family members, band, students and top donors there must be so few tickets available. Which is exactly why I thought they should have limited sales to 2 per account and not 4.

yeah it disappeared for me too.

I don’t see it on the top left under My Profile like I used to find it, it’s on the bottom right under Donations.

My priority points display has been screwed up for ~18 months. Until tonight, there was always a total points number, but the lines of the calculation were either 0s or blank. I experienced the momentarily freakout the first time I saw this as I could only see half the calculation and the first few lines were showing all 0s. I scrolled down and saw the total points and started to calm. I recalculated them based on my donor history details on the site and came to the same number so shrugged it off as a one-off site glitch. Butttttt yeah, I think that was prior to buying 2019 championship tickets so its been a screwed up for a while. I definitely had 0s in the individual lines and a total line last week when the initial priority email came out, there is nothing there tonight.

Reminder - if you were offered tickets, you need to pay for them by 5:00PM today.

You can do so over the phone if you are having issues on line.
