The Big Ten has announced that 8,000 fans will be allowed at their conference tournament. This is the first Big Ten event to allow fans since the pandemic began.

Since the Governor of Texas removed all Covid-19 restrictions earlier this week, could the CUSA Tourney attendance guidelines be amended prior to the start of the Tourney? Seems like there could be an opportunity here.

Lucas Oil Stadium holds 70,000

And the Ford Center holds 12,000 - which would equate to ~1,500 fans. A pretty standard amount for the CUSA tournament.

That's a little over 100 per team then. It doesn't say how many but all the tickets will be distributed through the schools except a small number for first responders and frontline workers.
