I think the league may have lost a bid last night though

The BE is down. But this has not been a good year for any conference (power or otherwise) other than the Big 10 and the Big 12.

Great year for the B1G from a hoops perspective. Had 4 teams projected as 1+2 seeds combined. Now MSU is coming out of nowhere, knocking those teams off and pushing hard for a bid themselves

The Big Ten's strong year makes Indiana's mediocre season all the more glaring for me. Frustrating.

Watched a whole 10 minute bleacher report thing on the whole run yesterday. Always love watching that clip though. Can't believe it's been a decade lol.

Whenever I hear the name Jahvon Blair, I always think of DeJuan Blair (I actually thought they had the same name during the first 3 halves UConn played Georgetown this year, lol.)

God I miss playing Pitt every year

Oh yeah. Had been watching the game but had to head out to go somewhere. I left thinking they had lost in one of the first two over times. Was so happy my mom had been recording the game and I got to watch the replay lol

RE: Nameless's Thoughts
We will have to wait until next year, but it will be interesting to see attendance figures for AACT in Dallas-Ft. Worth. The AAC has yet to find a consistent home for their tournament that is both accessible and able to draw fans over the course of several days.

Ultimately, between Houston, Wichita State, SMU and Tulsa, I do think putting it annually in Texas is their best bet. It's tough for Cincinnati, Temple and Memphis, but it is what it is I guess.

I anticipate the tourney will be poorly attended. Fan bases of American programs don't travel well (few fans bases outside of those for major state university athletic programs do, to be be fair). AAC should play at home court of higher seed and have a packed house for title game.

I wondered the same thing but I really don't want him. We already have 3 PG's, don't need him taking minutes from Diggins. Especially since he's basically just a clone of RJ Cole
