RE: North Carolina
I'm guessing at this point he is out until Sunday March 7. Man, we haven't gotten very much from anyone except #2 since returning. He's single handedly kept us in this one (kind of) so far.

Ty son doesn't look at all intimadated. Some of the others do, though.

RE: North Carolina
You know, I thought some of the guys looked intimidated also but wondered why after playing the teams we already saw. Maybe it was the sheer size of UNC, who knows.
Anyway, we had a ton of open looks in the first half that could have made this a slightly more competitive contest. I hope we get a few more games to try and get someone not named Tyson back on the road to productivity. Shaq especially looks lost which is rare since he's a good player. I hope we get him some looks next game to get his mojo back

Why would he be intimidated by UNC?
Did you ever see the video of his HS team in Queens take on Archbishop Malloy?
He competed against Cole Anthony. His teammates were Kofi Cockburn and Moussa Cisse of Memphis. His CTK teams also traveled across the country play other top teams.
He thrives on this competition.

For sure. He's a stud. Did Nwagha in the last 10 minutes play the role Q did against WVU and earn himself some minutes...I wonder. He attacked

RE: North Carolina
Nwagha and Stucke were the two positives outside of course Tyson.
Nwagha needs some more run after tonight. He looks healthy and active on the glass like we all knew he was known for as a freshman.
Walters... I'm going to leave that one alone...
That was not a good UNC team. Definitely a bubble team no doubt.

RE: North Carolina
I liked that Nwagha got thirteen minutes....and he made the most of his time. Tied with Stucke for most rebounds, including three ORs and four points. I thought I remembered a block, too, but I guess not.
UNC is just filled with good players. I think they have five five star players. We are mostly two stars. They do have three two star players but they are all walk-ons. It's nice to be able to say that you played in the Deandome.

Was the disabled private chat for me? If so, must be user error. I will check what I did tomorrow. Maybe it was for NUGuy though

LOL. I wouldn't try to disable you. I agree with most everything you post! (Well, except that thing about Bolden Brace being soft.)

Tyson is amazing. Sometimes I think we overlook him.....like we take him for granted. Tonight he showed how fearless and how talented he is against top tier programs.

RE: North Carolina
Was able to watch the first half of this game on a stream i found on reddit. First I've watched a Huskies game of any sport in over a month (not really by choice, just a lot going on right now and feel a little more disconnected because games are harder to find than in the past. I've also been reading this board so thanks to those who keep up the posting). Anyway, Tyson looked like a legit ACC guard out there, he was the best player on the court. It's awesome to have a player like that. While it seems like he can't carry our team when we have an off night against an ACC team, I have confidence that vs any CAA opponent he can will us to a victory playing like that.
