Likely the best team we've ever had. Hoping they stay healthy with the recent team outbreak. Also hope they get their chance to win a National Championship this season.

Congrats to the team on the regular season HE title. We have the best record in the country and sit at #2 in the national polls. It's nearly impossible to compare ourselves vs #1 Wisconsin based on play this season but based on last year and all the talent we brought back we are in a serious national title hunt right now.

HE playoffs for us start against the winner of Holy Cross/UNH

Also- We've given up 13 goals in 19 games this season. Nobody has scored more than 2 goals in a game against us all year. Pretty great.

Commentators mentioned that we've scored 6 shorthanded goals this season and only given up 2 power play goals against! What a stat

Congrats to the women and good luck vs Providence in the championship

Congrats ladies! Awesome job, and good luck in the national tournament. I had no idea, but the commentators at one point said a Hockey East team has never won the national championship. I guess this will be only the 20th NCAA sanctioned national tournament for women's ice hockey but still very surprising.

The other piece of news was that Frankel wants to come bach for another year.
