Planning on coming home for the MS STATE game.

Those last 3 road games to close the season are tough.

I've been going to Florida at the end of August/early September for years now, and I schedule the vacation around the home games. I'm thankful that our early season out-of-conference games are scheduled so far in advance.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think the order of our conference schedule is set.

You got to be right on that. 4 straight home games and then 3 straight away games would be stupid scheduling on the conferences part.

Those have to be place-holders. No way the conference has it ready this soon.

Conference dates have not been set though the opponents have been. What is exciting so far is the first four are set and three are at home an one road game in Jonesboro. Every Saturday in September no excuse not to be in the stands cheering for the Tigers!

I think covid restrictions are a good excuse.

I don’t believe there will be restrictions in September. I’m sure you’ll want to argue otherwise and add a political spin in 3..2..1...

Right.

No one who said the pandemic would be over in November meant the vaccine.

I really really hope not. But if there are any restrictions anywhere, I'm sure the SCHD will be one of the ones imposing them. Wonder if they will have Riverside Dr open on weekends by then? Heck, I wonder if SCS teachers will agree to go back to their jobs by then.

California reopened with higher numbers than before the election when they were shut down completely...by politicians who are supposedly very good at math.

I say we go 10-2 with that schedule. Our defense is going to be solid.
