Not a surprise, he has the confidence of the players and the administration as well as the most experience. He's had his own life-threatening health problems but looks strong now. A good man, a nice guy, lots of ties to the Valley, and I'm pretty sure the person Hill would have picked as his successor. I hope he gets the permanent job.
