I’d say SCSU, Omaha seems dangerous right now and consistent.

SCSU is playing very inconsistent lately.

Second sweep of a top 10 (maybe top 5) opponent this year :) Lots to cheer for!

Series vs Miami next weekend then it's time to make a run!!

Looking at the standings, even if we sweep Miami in 2 weeks the highest we can finish is 5th.

The way this crazy full of unknowns season has gone, anything can happen and we could play: North Dakota, Omaha, SCSU or Duluth in the first round as the top 4 teams are only separated by a few points.

If you told me at the beginning of the pod when we got destroyed in back to back games that we would sweep Duluth and finish in 5th with this young of a team, I’d probably call you crazy. If this were a regular season, with some non conference wins, we would probably be sitting at or a above .500 record, which would be pretty darn good.

It’s exciting knowing this team will only get better in the next few years.

I hope we play Omaha. They don't have Olympic sized ice correct?

There is nothing better than seeing a team improve late in the season. No one wants to play us right now. We could be very dangerous in the NCHC tournament, though we have struggled away from home.

IDK if we're getting hot or 'no one wants to play us right now', but was a good weekend & team looks like it's got better as the season's gone on.

Right now this season we're 1-2-1 vs Miami. I understand anyone can beat anyone, & Miami probably gets up for us as much as we get up for them, but really needed those W's.

The entire NCHC tournament is @ North Dakota, so it doesn't matter what size rink Omaha & St. Cloud have.

Omaha has regular ice it's CC with the large ice and that is changing . They will have new rink by this fall I think .

Yes, CC has a new AWESOME looking arena on campus that is almost complete. Would have been until the covid slowdown last year. On schedule to complete this spring now.

It'll just be Herbieville now.

St. Cloud plays on Olympic ice... the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center. Coach of the Miracle On Ice.
