That advertisement is so annoying it actually is decreasing the chances I ever do business with them.

I had that a week or so ago then it went away. Now it's an Uber Eats ad, same little car going around, same impossibly small "x" to try to hit right next to the "download app" button that's much easier to hit.

Root Insurance ad appears every page I click on and doesn’t allow you to click on another page until you X it out by zooming in with your thumbs and sliding to the bottom right.

Its been really annoying I have been only checking in once a day instead of multiple times a day to keep up

I don't think I've ever heard of Root Insurance, much less seen one of their ads. Where are you encountering this annoying ad?

GTS is trying to identify the source of this particular ad to squelch it. The Root Insurance ad was reported on the Mod board and there is a thread on the Sun Belt board about it as well. Per GTS the Root Insurance ad should be gone and he is looking into the Uber Eats ad.

Its a REAL pain to click it off when you are looking on the phone.

Yes. You have to zoom all the way in, then slide to the bottom right corner, and hit the little X with accuracy.

And it pops up every single time you open a new page.

GTS talked to the company that handles the ads and Root Insurance is gone.
