We have all but like 2 starters returning plus the data goes back 2-4 years and in 2017 we had 11-2 record and 2018 we finished 10-3 so that helps gives us a boost I'm sure. We also signed a good recruiting class.

We actually return every starter but one.

The entire starting defense returns, plus the depth. Plus adding a CB from NC State and DL from Florida State.

The entire starting offense returns except WR Khalil McClain (he was only the 4th leading receiver in yards). The depth also returns, plus adding QB from Missouri and RB from Florida State.

Troy has the pieces to win the Sun Belt.

Just not the coach 03-banghead

We just need the coach to be good enough to win 4 OCC games this season, and we'll handle winning the Sun Belt. 04-cheers

The Cajuns certainly have the horses and coaches to beat Texas, Ohio, Liberty, and Nichols State. Watching them will be very interesting.

projecting overall # 69, 54% to win division and 7.2 wins for Louisiana, too bad these folks not in charge of any gambling. could be some easy money to be made. the conference averages look ok for the preseason.

App State played pretty well last year, but never hit their high gear. The only game we got our asses kicked was the Louisiana game. Only reason it was remotely close in score is because the long snapper thought the punter was standing 40 yards behind him.

I don't know if I'd go that far. We outgained them by 60 yards, dominated TOP, and had more first downs. Zac just had an absolutely awful night and we had three turnovers to counter their horrible snaps.

If we can get solid OL play, we could have a chance to compete. I know people will point at the qb, but line was a mess with injuries last year. Not sure about who is going to be the starting RB, best rb got kicked off the team.
