What are you talking about? He walked up and shot her halfway through the window. It was a cold blooded deliberate killing.

He might have been in fear of his own life, or that of others, at the hands of an angry mob.

You can argue it was justified, but you can't deny that he went out of his way to kill her like the troll did.

Only video I've seen doesn't show anything in the way of being able to prove that's what happened. Is there a better source than what's linked by the OP?

There's a better one out there from behind the door that shows her halfway through the door and him stepping out. But this captures the gist of what happened.
