Larry Teis is clearly a great hire. He has been at the same program for 20 years. He is obviously great because you never last at a job that long unless you are doing good things and they see value in keeping you.

I knew it was fixed!!

I really thought Mohajir was an "ASU" guy and would be there for a long time. I guess in the end money, and maybe more prestige, usually wins out.

FYI his buyout is 500K. If he had gone P5 we’d have gotten nothing

We would’ve gotten around 150K if he left for P5. I know it’s not much, but it’s not nothing. You always exaggerate.

I don't think it is any secret that
1. He loved his time in Boca and going to Florida would be something he'd like
2. His dream job is Kansas and he didn't even get a courtesy call when it came open. He needs a bigger profile job on his resume to get home.

I've been pretty close to Terry and more than once I've gotten a late night call to shoot the ****.

I'm going to miss him but we are in a different phase as a program and could be a good thing to have a different perspective

I too have received a call from Terry just to chat. He first wanted to defend a few things I said, then it turned into a nice chat.
