Same. He can shoot it, gives good effort on D, and I've seen him make some nice passes already in the little bit of time he's been on the floor this year.

Saunders really is not ready to play at this level.

You can tell we're a team that hasn't had much 5-on-5 action lately. Just seems to be a general lack of awareness, as well as a lot of balls bouncing off of hands.

I agree. I think Brannen is trying to conserve DDJ knowing we're going to play a ton of games this month. But he looks rough. I'd rather have Mika or maybe even Madsen handling the ball when DDJ is out of the game or playing off the ball.

I think Eason in particular is really struggling with having not gotten practice reps in.

Without Harvey and dou to give minutes you gotta get minutes where you can get them. I get why he's playing, it's just not ideal that he has to.

The fact that Dou and Harvey made the trip is a good sign they will be back soon. Hoping Harvey will pick up where he left off. We need his offense, and I also thought he was giving a solid effort on defense before the layoff.

Playing hard but very sloppy. It's actually kind of nice to see some of these young guys get sustained minutes.

Awful, awful pass by JD. That comes off a no handle by Eason. We're getting killed at the line. Hopefully they snap out of it in second half. DD has to get going. They feed off of him.

How are they going to mention great UC guards of the past decade and not give SK some love?
