Scheduling requirements for basketball needs to happen. If it doesn’t you end up with a Bobby Big Fish like coach. A guy who will beat the bottom 150 RPI teams 90% of the time and lose to the top 150 90% of the time. So he schedules crap programs high does nothing to improve the program. Just keeps him getting paid.

I'm happy someone else gets it! Kudos +2

Set your sights higher!

We didn’t overlook Arkansas State either,” UL coach Bob Marlin said. “This West division is pretty good. This isn’t football where the teams aren’t very good. These teams are good. Our side is better than the other side if you ask me. We said Monroe, just what I told you guys, six losses by 26. I’ve seen them lose so many games last minute, last possession. We knew we would get Monroe’s best shot and we did.

“We’re disappointed. I know our fans are disappointed. I’m disappointed too, but we lost to a Division I basketball team that was overdue to put it mildly.

actually we were obligated to travel to both coastal and app after mandatory 7 days shutdown before each trip so...might still happen honestly. your players could be off quarantine on Thursday and play Friday night.

TXST completes sweep over UTA 79-68 to keep a minimum of 2 game lead in West.

Make-up game with Arkansas State on Tuesday in SM and then weekend series in Jonesboro.

I believe ULL will almost have to win out and hope Bobcats lose 3 out of last 5 to win West.

Technically we're 2nd place in the west dear... We've got a better win percentage than those folks down in swamp land.

AState manages to blow a 17 point 2nd half late after Omier fouls out early, but holds on to beat Little Rock 67-65 to sweep the series...

Good game Jags. Troy had a chance to win and just couldn't get it done.

Sorry(not sorry) you didn’t get steak after that one.

Wait til Saturday.

It was worth the wait, no steaks tonight either. 03-lmfao

Provided we win at least 2 this week against you guys we’d only have to win 4 of 5, but yes it is still difficult

AState at Texas State makeup for Tuesday is going to be cancelled. I don't think there's any way we can safely make it to San Marcos and back in this weather.

Without other makeups needed, I guess there's a chance they could make it up next week, but that's the last chance.

RE: Belt basketball 2/10- 2/13
Game has been officially cancelled due to ASU not being able to safely travel to San Marcos in the weather. It will not be made up. The teams will play this weekend in Jonesboro. AState is 2 games back of Texas State. If the Red Wolves were to win both home games, they would take the division lead by tiebreaker.
