What about South Florida? They’ve been to NCAAs seven times in last 16 years including the last one. That’s a good get. Kansas women’s basketball hasn’t been since 12-13. Seems like a bad take on your part?

Don’t think the mandatory pair vs Corpus in WBB is a bad thing. Cheap travel, both schools get home games. If UTRGV fans should know anything is that getting home and home vs teams in Corpus or San Antonio is good for the program

Still waiting on NMSU ... I wish they would at least announce what they have.

You've got a good point about USF. On the other hand winning the AAC and winning the B12 are different things.

Don't get me wrong on Corpus, I very much enjoy the games and the rivalry, and appreciate having a reliable base for our OOC schedule. I just meant mandatory the same way NMSU "has to" play UNM.

Kansas is not winning the Big 12 and hasn't even made the NCAAs in almost a decade. If this was men's basketball, I would give it to you - but got to respect the USF body of work particularly in a league that until they switched to the Big East was dominated by UConn!

I hear you! I believe that UTRGV/Corpus & NMSU/UNM/UTEP are the only 'mandatory' games within the league.

It does not seem McNeese & Lamar or SFA & Northwestern St have made any commitments to playing across the sports at this point. I am not aware of any 'mandates' amongst Arizona schools and GCU... and the Utah schools once Southern Utah is in will take care of itself with the exception of Weber State which seems to appear on most schedules, though I know there's that long-term SUU/NAU football series which is good

Wow. This was a nice addition to the schedule and joins SFA (who has a nice neutral site game in Fort Worth at Dickies' Arena) in getting a game at a good venue in a major metropolitan area.
