Ok I have tried to read six threads and got the damn ad seven times going back to the home page. I got it on this thread. I closed it and now it just popped up again, so I will have to close it to post this. It's already cut the number of times I check on the board. Probably going to cut back even more. It's too annoying to read two three word posts to catch up on a thread. Especially when reading multiple threads. I closed it and it came right back. That's enough for me today

I spent all day googling tires, houses, clothes, fan apparel, food delivery, and many other common goods and haven’t even said out loud the c__ word to make sure my algorithm changes. Seems to have worked out. But I better get insurance.

The Root virus seems to be affecting many of us. Once it wraps itself around the screen all bets are off. At that point, you have deal with it directly or give in. There’s no more touch clicking elsewhere. It has control. It owns you for that minute.
