Sounds like Moreland has accepted a job with the NY Jets as assistant OL coach. I wonder if we hire a new OC, I doubt the university has the budget right now. Maybe we'll see Lester going back to play calling full time?

I really hope we hire a proper OC instead of Tim taking on double duty, because he's currently struggling to do one job correctly.

Eric Evans will be the OC.

Well I suppose this makes sense for continuity. He's been around the program for a while and knows the workings of the offense.

He also has successful OC experience at the DI level. He was OC at Dayton from 2014-2016, and the Flyers went 19-4 during that stretch.

Great opportunity for Jake. Really happy for the guy.

Tim was calling plays anyway. I didn't see much growth from our online while he was coaching them and our tightends didn't wow me this yr either

I was under the impression that Evans was the play-caller.
