They were the only SB school to average over 20k/game in football and over 3k/game in basketball.

Funny, here is some info on that I just posted on the cooosa board. Mostly about our baseball and softball numbers.
I also want to add that our FB attendance has been woefully bad, especially if you consider all that Napier is doing for us. Hopefully that’ll change next year but 4 of the biggest causes if you ask me are lsu, lsu, Cajun field (mostly the west UD) is a dump and Cajun field is a dump.
From my cooosa post:
Yes, both baseball and softball are big revenue generators for UL. Heck fire, UL softball attendance outstrips most baseball teams lol. Both programs are regularly in the top 10 attendance nationally.
The Tigue (capacity of 6K) is always sold out with a waiting list. Not to mention it has 10 suites which generate big bucks, as well box seats, etc. Capacity at Lamson park is ~3K and is also routinely sold out.

Forget baseball, Louisiana softball is averaging more fans than the following men's basketball programs...
FIU
FAU
UTSA
UT Arlington
Arkansas St
App St
Coastal
Little Rock
Ga Southern
I only checked for CUSA and Sun Belt teams. Very surprising to say the least.

This spring will be really tough for attendance with the social distancing requirements. If they get 25% they'll be lucky. They have split up the season tickets into two options to try to give as many season ticket holders an option to attend games as possible.
