Liz Cheney had already alienated Republicans and managed to alienate the other side today. A Florida rep (Gaetz?) had called for her to step down as Republican leader. He made some comment about having to do his own makeup before appearing on a TV interview. Cheney said, "Men in Wyoming don't wear makeup." Now she can't even go to work for CNN.

Neither do the women in the Demoncraptic Party but the gays in SF do. Something is wrong with this picture.

She's the most sensible of the Dems, which is why they shat all over her. My priorities would never align with hers, but had she been the Dem nominee and won I would have at least respected her. I cannot have any respect for a perverted child sniffer and a street whore as the next in line.

Sadly, she will be crushed by the duopoly, just like she was crushed in the dem primary. Shell probably end up banned from social media now that they know how simple it is to do to people. Some day, we'll wonder what ever became of her.

Agreed. She's far too progressive for me, but compared to the lunatics running the asylum currently she's the most sensible. I would at least be able to tolerate her, even if I disagree with her.

She's an honest progressive. I realize that seems like an impossible combination, but its true.

"Unity" is impossible but the closest we'll get would be to nominate someone like Tulsi with a tempered left-of-center economic platform that still eschews Democrap social justice politics (did anyone notice the bill she sponsored to protect women's sports from men pretending to be women?).

It really is a shame that the Democratic Party has been taken over by the lunatics. If folks more like her were running that party I wouldn’t have the feeling that the country was being driven off a cliff so much. I still wouldn’t vote for her, but at least we wouldn’t be heading into the gutter.
