March 6 can't get here soon enough!

I completely agree! Losing MAC games by 25-30 points is totally unacceptable! It's really ashame! Because only a few seasons ago we had players who were really good players, and we 23 games! We even had 1st team MAC players!

Agree with you both! The three ball is critical to today's game and while we have no Seth Curry, we do have shooters that can get it done. They just need to receive the ball in rhythm, with their feet organized and completing the shot moving towards the basket. This team, as Frank noted, just chucks up the ball from deep as the players are expected to create their own shot opportunities, often fading one or the other with a hand in their face.

I urge you to look at one statistic, ASSISTS. We are and always have been horrible here. Why? We have no offensive strategy or flow, plain and simple, thus we make few passes that result in baskets. I have seen Morgan, Montero and for that matter James absolutely take over a game offensively from a one on one perspective. McBride and Lowder show even better shooting promise. There is, however, no offensive strategy to exploit this talent. We simply wait around for as guy to get "hot" and McBride did last night for three straight possessions, then went cold but still was chucking it up.

This season we have compensated for this lack of offensive prowess by matching it surprisingly with an inept defense. Hence CMU is 2-6 with their only two wins coming from us. NIU fired their coach early and matches us in wins. Time for a new coach and approach for sure!
