Very cold shooting first half for JMU.

We fouled one of their players with 1.9 seconds on their rebound of our missed shot. Gave them 2FFs to finish the half. Not a good foul.

If McDaniel and Dawn Evans were on the same team I'm not sure anyone else would need to shoot.

Green with some ice cold moves in this game. Just crossed up Northeastern’s star and drained a 3.

Dukes win going away 67-49.

Now let's complete the first of hopefully many sweeps!

Any word on where Bri Tinsley was today? Injury?

Game 2 today at 1:00 PM on FLO. Hopefully the Dukes will have a better 1st half than yesterday!!

JMU 21-20 with 3:56 left in first half.

Hopefully strong 2nd half like yesterday.

Why no Ouderkirk or Tinsley?? Both are dressed and warmed up, neither played yesterday either.

Significant turn over problems again today...

Dukes had a cold second quarter after leading the first 17-10. NE up by 2 at the half 31-29. NE hit a bunch of 3's which is what gave them the lead. See how the 2nd half plays out, hopefully like yesterday.

Not sure why Steph and Bri haven't played. Jailyn and Jamia getting a lot of minutes this game and yesterday though. Jailyn has a bunch of rebounds, she always seems to do good things.

McDaniel continues to be the leading shooter whether she is hitting or not. I like that.

Is the women's Anne Diouf related to the Diouf that use to be on the men's team? I'd guess not since it's not noted on her JMU bio.

I noticed they started having Cheerleaders at games.

NU not one of the better CAA teams. We need to play well in the 4th. A win is a win. Let's get it....

Sloppy disjointed 3rd quarter hope things go better in the 4th. Too many turnovers again.

Sometimes I just want to scream watching attempted stick backs, tip ins, layups and floaters around the rim in the Women's game.

Peyton heating up, but still down 6 with 8 minutes to go.

If we win this it could be a confidence builder for the team. Let's get our first sweep!

Visually we are clearly the bigger and more talented team. They are just playing better right now.

Yes they will start having cheerleaders and the pep band and some students now that they are back on campus. Not sure if this was linked but guidance on basketball tickets for rest of year.

McDaniel subbed out in the last 3-4 minutes and never came back. She looked exhausted. At the end of the game saw her slightly limping towards the locker room.

Ugly loss.

Lotta talent - results are not up to talent of this team.

Not a confident or mentally tough bunch right now....

See this team losing in the CAA Semis this year...this isn’t one of Sean’s better coaching jobs. They have a ton of talent and are getting out hustled, out rebounded, out played, and the rotations are suspect.
