If nothing else maybe this will help stop it in the future.

You kidding? With the leftists in charge and Chinese money flow unfettered, they will embed it deeper so that it is more rampant in more states........

If I remember correctly, 30 States are controlled by Republicans. State governments overrule the Federal government.
Yup which is why all of those should be passing tighter voting laws now.

If we end up finding something amiss---I honestly think the fraud will have less to do with the digital manipulation of votes rather than the simple low tech ballot box stuffing using fraudulent mail in ballots.

Unless every county election official in the many Republican counties in Georgia is an idiot, it would have been discovered if there were widespread voter manipulation. Some of those counties could have done a recount in an hour totally by hand.

In Georgia, you enter it on a machine. Then you print the ballot. Then you feed that into a different machine. So there is a paper trail. When they did the recount they sorted all the ballots into piles by candidate. I don't know how they counted those stacks, by hand, by a counting machine or by the Dominion machines, but it would take over 130 idiots (159 counties in Georgia) for nobody to count it some way other than by the Dominion machines. So I don't believe there is widespread software voter manipulation.

Adjudication. The process is unmonitored, and destroys the original ballot and creates a new ballot with a different vote.

Yes, but the Republican counties would not have done that. And they also would have noted if there were mass problems.

Voter fraud in Georgia would have been at the county level, not precinct. And there are plenty of crooks in Fulton and Dekalb County. Stacey Abrams had 19 people indicted in her voter registration project for submitting false registrations. Or you could have created fake ballots and counted them after you sent everyone home for the night due to a "water leak."

The water leak was actually earlier in the day, and had nothing to do with going home for the night. The water leak was the reason hey were behind, and didn’t get as many ballots counted as they expected.

Fulton Commission Chairman Robb Pitts told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Tuesday evening that the pipe burst at 6:07 a.m. and was repaired within two hours. The burst pipe wasn’t mentioned by county officials during a 10 a.m. press conference.

RE: Election Update from Arizona
The Arizona legislature will get to the bottom of the election fraud allegations in Maricopa County. Local election officials have been fighting them but have finally agreed that the state legislature does indeed have full authority. They will hand over all election related assets.

The second video below is an interview with Arizona state senator Sonny Borrelli who explains their next steps. They will hire TWO firms to conduct audits with the expectation that the results from each audit will agree.

It wasnt a burst pipe. It was a non-issue leaking urinal that wasnt leaking that much. This was confirmed by text messages.

And what do you mean they didnt get as many ballots counted as expected? By your own admission the non-issue was fixed by 8am.

You still cant explain why they told everyone they were shutting down for the night, including the NYT's, and then had a handful of people continue counting when all of the poll watchers were cleared out. Its on tape. Dont lie about it.

Maricopa County election officials want to pick the audit firm.

LOL...

Given the determination of the GOP-controlled AZ state legislature I don't think the Maricopa criminals will be allowed to choose their own auditors.

It really is.
  • The fact that laws were changed (or ignored) to allow mail-in ballots past normal cut-off dates.
  • The fact that election commissions physically removed and/or prevented Republican observers from watching vote counting.
  • The fact that politicians wanted votes certified without examining claims of election fraud.
  • The fact that politicians and election commissions denied court orders to allow observers to observe.
  • The fact that politicians and election commissions willfully refused to follow court orders to turn over election assets and data.
  • The fact that politicians and election commissions have fought against forensic audits.
  • The fact that election commissions now want to choose the auditor.

All of these are quite telling.

RE: Election Update from Arizona
  • AZ legislature (AZL) obtained court order instructing Maricopa County Election Commission (MCEC) to hand over all election-related items including machines, ballots, data, etc.
  • MCEC violated court order.
  • Court later ruled that judiciary has no jurisdiction and that jurisdiction lies solely with AZL. This includes power to issue subpoenas and enforcement.
  • MCEC issues statement saying it agrees and understands that AZL has authority and MC is a sub-unit of state. Says it will comply.
  • AZL announces it will hire 2 audit firms because the results of a single audit might be tainted. Both sets of findings should agree.
  • MCEC announces they will hire their own auditors and, consequentially, don't hand over election related items as instructed and agreed.
  • MCEC names the two firms chosen. Neither are certified.
  • AZL says they will do audit.

This brings us to now.

Arizona’s Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Rejects Arizona Senate Subpoena Demands – Now Face Contempt Charges

Quote:The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors did not comply with the Arizona Senate’s request to set a date for turning over materials that Republican lawmakers subpoenaed for a proposed audit of the 2020 general election.

And that could land them in jail for contempt, if one of the Senate Republicans who issued the subpoenas has his way.

The question lingers: why is the MCEC so dead-set on NOT providing election-related assets?

I think if there is fraud its just a crap load of fraudulent mail in ballots. Its just so much easier to do.

And that tends to be born out by the fact that Trump got more votes than any candidate in the history of the country, yet Biden "somehow" got even more than that...

This video is in its own post because it's not related specifically to the Arizona legislative audit.

This is Kelli Ward, Chair of the Arizona Republican Party, speaking to a group of Republicans on Jan 30, 2021.

The 1st 18 minutes is her speech. The rest is Q&A.

RE: Election Update from Arizona
Oops.

Quote:An attempt by Republican state senators to hold the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in contempt failed on Monday as lawmakers seek to conduct their own audit of the presidential election results.

Breaking with the GOP caucus and casting the crucial vote against the measure, which could have led to the supervisors' arrests, Sen. Paul Boyer said he wanted to give the county and Senate more time to work out their ongoing legal dispute over the Legislature's proposed audit.

The Senate issued subpoenas in December and January demanding copies of all the county's mail-in ballots and access to voting machines. But county officials have not released the ballots or voting machines, contending that state law requires the ballots to be sealed unless a judge says otherwise.

The county has gone to court to quash the subpoenas.

The county has turned over piles of records the Senate demanded, though, such as logs and voter registration records that can be requested by the public.

I guess I go back to the simple question.... if there is nothing to hide, why are you hiding it?

What is the reason to perpetuate this standoff? Principle? Ego?

According to the County officials, the state is not allowed by law to look at the ballots, yet the state is requesting them. So the County is saying only a judge can require them to turn them over.

Law & Order.

And the county has nothing to hide. They ordered audits and two firms are currently conducting them. They should be done in March. Those results will be made public when done.

This is like a magician's deception. Recounting or auditing ballots will not change enough votes to matter. The process by which the ballots got into the ballot box in the first place is where the issues are. That has to be addressed before, not after, the ballots are in the box. Once they are there, they aren't coming back out. And I thought republicans pretty much sleepwalked through the pre-election litigation on this issue. Once again, democrats are evil party, republicans are stupid party.

RE: Election Update from Arizona
Yesterday the AZ Senate voted on contempt resolution. One republican, Paul Boyer, voted with the Democrats. Rather than passing 16-14, the resolution failed 15-15. In the video below he explains his vote. He does say that the county must hand over all items but he doesn't want to go with contempt charges and arrests just yet. He wants to give them more time.

We'll see what he does in the future.

They've listed his number for people to text him: 480-577-0078.
