Joseph Allen of Marshall, TX: A Texas kid that Penny should be looking at
The high school basketball team that I coach plays against his school. I’ve been watching this kid grow and get better year-by-year. He is a raw talent but one that is getting better and better. Flying under the radar right now. He would be a true four year project but one that is worth it in my opinion. Reminds me of Rodney Carney.
If any of you are able to get his info over to Penny. To get him on our radar.
