Lockett had 23 and had 5 boards and 3 steals.
Wiard and Goss had 9 each.

Mikonowicz had a great game on the boards with 11. She's still having a lot of trouble on the defensive end. Hit a bit three late too tho.

Idowu had a great game, despite not being able to keep both shoes on for more than a minute or two at a time.

Rockets won the rebounding battle 44-40 which was good to see.

Shot 34% for the game, even after shooting 8-12 in the 4th.

Did Morgan-Elliott get hurt, or did Cullop just decide to go with other players in the 4th quarter?

We really can't afford for Wiard to go 1-13. We were lucky to win against a very bad team.

No she wasn't hurt, Idowu was just playing better in the 4th.

Lockett took the team on her back offensively and defensively. On the positive side Idowu is getting better each game and has clearly displaced Lance as backup post. Goss has also been impressive nearly every game. Sammi hasn't produced much offensively the past three games but she still is a force on the boards and plays good defense.

Good thing they were able to pull this one out because the next six games will be tough. They will have to up the game to compete against each of these teams.
