Trump political future?
https://amgreatness.com/2021/01/11/where...from-here/

Conrad Black has a nice read on the reality of the last month. Its more about where we have been than Trump's future.

"...For those who profess confidence in the fairness of the presidential election, all of the complaints about it are outrageous. Trump should just accept his defeat as Governor Samuel Tilden did in the disputed 1876 election (where he did extract significant concessions), as Richard Nixon did in 1960 (for which he has received little credit), and as Al Gore did in 2000 (when he received an adverse Supreme Court judgment).

This election’s result is a far more contestable one than those. But the president has not helped his case by absurd claims of a landslide victory if the results had not been tampered with, and even less by his unconstitutional request that the vice president unto himself should have declared the election to be invalid...."

RE: Trump political future?
I have no interest in him getting back into politics when this is over. I would however like to see another Trumplike candidate emerge that understands politics, measures their words before speaking and if elected allows their spokesperson to actually speak for them instead of constantly defending his off the cuff comments. THIS imho was one of DJTs biggest mistakes. He hired very good people. He just did not let them do their jobs.

What irks me most is how easy it would have been for him NOT to have misplayed his hand. He had essentially won, and then threw it all away.

Political suicide is bad enough. Destruction of everyone and everything around you (judicial appointments excepted) is unforgivable.

I'd say his hiring was very hit and miss.

Sessions was a disaster. So was Kelly.

Barr was a homerun. Sonny Perdue (one of the few 4 year vets) was very good as Ag secretary.

RE: Trump political future?
Here's what I would do if I were Trump.

I'd gather up what was left of anything worth having from Fox news and start my own network, with my own show in prime time every night.

Imagine the ratings that would get. It would have a Notre Dame effect, watched by both those that love and hate him.

On my nightly network show I would critique the actions of the Harris-Biden administration and translate to the American people what's really going on. Expose all their BS and what the ramifications of their slimy actions will be.

After ripping slow Joe (or Kammie the commie if she's offed him by then) to shreds and dwarfing everyone else in the ratings for three years, I would then announce my candidacy for my remaining term...

...as a Democrat.

Everyone really should have seen this coming. His entire life has revolved around being somewhat a bully and thriving on conflict. He lives for the game. Ive said many times...Trump does not smoke or drink. His vices are women, money and power. His fix or drink involves WINNING. No wonder he used that so much.

I totally disagree on Barr. He seemed like the right guy. Said all the right things but let’s go back to Epstein. He said that Epstein committed suicide. No matter under very suspicious circumstances that most everyone questioned. (Much like this election by the way). Where has that investigation gone? That’s right. Kapoof! Now to the conspirators. He appointed a SC who supposedly was getting close. Then covid supposedly slow it to a crawl. Then he told us the report was coming out in March. Then September. Then August. Then before the election. Then, no it will affect the election. Now? Kapoof! We will never get answers on two of the biggest political scandals in history. Why? William Barr. Barr never did a damn thing but run out the clock. But he damn sure put on an academy award winning performance. Then he high tails it right after the election. Damn traitor is what Barr is.

Trump is the only outsider ever elected to POTUS. He will need a private army to protect him. He ran on the same issues that he was applauded for since the 1980's. I expect a lot of fun leaks on globalists. Going to be fun. Imagine putting America first, high treason.

Never underestimate the dollars at work from Soros’ billionaires club. All of them and the politicians they bought should be hung for treason.
Is that inciting violence? No. Only hoping for justice.

That is how conmen do things to gain fame, money and power by lie, steal and cheat his way and leaves behind a mess. It is what I was trying to say about Trump. It was a warning from me years before he jumped into politics. He have been corrupt business men. Remember? Biden was in the Senate when we had the economics boom in the 90s when the big tech online just started to get off the ground.

Those who are addicted to drink are deserving of at least some understanding and sympathy - - so long as it is only their own lives that they are destroying. But when they inflict their own problems and weaknesses upon their family and their community, the sympathy needs to be shelved.

We do not allow drunks to act out on their addiction in a way that harms others. If we are going to excuse President Trump on the basis that he was just getting his fix, then perhaps invoking the 25th Amendment was in order.

I don’t believe that. I don't think that President Trump was a helpless addict. I think instead that he has a sociopathic personality, that can process decisions only in the context of how they impact upon him personally. Did he get an uncontrollable “fix” in (reportedly) calling his Vice President a “*****” for refusing to go along with a plain violation of the Constitution? Or was that just a little boy acting hurt?

This nation is going to suffer badly under the next 4 years of Biden/Harris. That suffering is now going to be so much worse because Donald Trump handed them the entire toolbox for dismantling virtually his entire set of accomplishments.

How many times has he come back from political suicide? I’m going to wait past a few news cycles before I declare him dead. He hasn’t lost his following and eventually he will get a platform.
