Didn't this site use to post all JMU sports articles from the DNR for free?

It seems like it now only posts JMU football articles.

Nothing for basketball.

I was thinking/figured it was set up in collaboration with JMU to post JMU athletics articles for free.

Unless I'm missing something the last hoops article on rivals was Dec 4. Since then there has been many football related articles during their offseason.

Since 12/4 there have been tons of basketball articles on the DNR Online. Obviously there are multiple ways to get the articles on the DNR online at no cost if you know how....

Unless I'm missing something the last hoops article on rivals was Dec 4. Since then there has been many football related articles during their offseason.

Covering news costs money. If we don't pay for media outlets to do that job, we can't blame media outlets for adjusting coverage as a result.

I would imagine every decision is going to be $$$ based. Whatever numbers they are seeing right now must support the move. Someone could probably ask Shane on Twitter, he's usually pretty open about these things.

Could at least update the Basketball Commits list (assuming the guys are on Rivals)
