I guess it depends on what you mean by censorship. This isn't government censorship and its not a First Amendment issue. This, as I see it at least, is about private companies refusing to do business with another company whose policies they disagree with. You're still free to create your own system and bulletin board that advocates the policies you agree with. Neither the government nor anyone else is preventing you or me from doing that.
Again, this argument could go back to the bakery being forced to bake the wedding cake because the bakery can't violate constitutional rights.
If a bakery can't violate constitutional rights, then why can a social media violate constitutional rights?
The bakery case was a little unique in that Colorado has a different civil rights legislation than at the federal level. Didn’t the US Supreme Court eventually side with the bakery?

This is a ridiculous statement. Just like calling the capitol protestors "terrorists." It's insanely over the top. It's not sedition or an insurrection. It was a non-violent protest featuring trespassing. A form of civil disobedience. It is incredibly mild in nature when compared to the sustained violence from the left in major cities all summer which included arson of police vehicles and precincts, attacks with weapons and resulted in dozens of deaths.
The reason why the MSM and politicians are calling it "terrorism" because they want to use the name as a weapon against the capitol protestors. Get ready for Biden to roll out a Patriot Act 2.0, but this time targeting domestic dissent.
Non-violent? 5 people are dead and another committed suicide a couple days later. There were a couple dozen police officers hurt IIRC. Did you not see the video of one of them clubbing a cop over the head with a metal pole...or the guy who threw a fire extinguisher that hit a cop in the head? Or the cop, with the bloody face that was caught in that door and screaming as the "civil" protesters pushed forward?
Dude, you do know there were armed people right? They found 2 pipe bombs. They found a stash of Molotov cocktails nearby. There was at least one guy with zip tie handcuffs. There's several active FBI investigations into planned conspiracies. They erected a noose and gallows on the Capitol grounds, and they stopped our democracy from certifying the next president of the united states for several hours.
STOP DISMISSING THIS BY ******* COMPARING IT TO BLM PROTESTS!!! They're both wrong.
There was absolutely violence and sedition at BLM rallies (guns shots, police beaten, people killed, Federal property illegally entered, buildings burned, bombs found, etc). Hell, BLM went further by actually claiming they were a new nation and created an "independent zone" where people got KILLED..
So STOP pretending the same kind of violence didnt happen all summer at BLM rallies. It did----and most conservatives were as appalled by that as we are by the Capital riot. We are calling it the same thing because IT IS THE SAME THING. Good grief you are a lost soul.
They were not there to overthrow our country which the Trump buddies that stormed the Capitol Hill building. They were looking to kill democrats and Republicans alike. The reason Trump was banned becaused he was sharing their lies on Twitter. We do not want our country turned into another Iran.
Why is it that when I just scroll through the comments and read something this stupid, I know it’s you before I even look at who posted the comment?
What is it exactly that moron thinks the mission of ANTIFA and BLM is if not to overthrow our government? I mean, they actually say that in their literature.
