Noah Grant transferring to Memphis to punt.

Graded out 5 stars as a punter and 4.5 stars as PK in punter/kicker camp.

That gives us a 5 star PK and Punter.

Personally, I prefer one that does PK and the other the punting.

That way they can focus only on one skill set.

Plus, then the punter won’t be tired from all the extra points he’ll be kicking.

Not so long ago, our punt kicker used to be our best weapon on offense. Times sure have changed. I miss Wilbur suggesting that we should play him more since he was our best player.

I really figured Hornsey would have made it in the NFL.

I remember at the time, the word was that it took .2 or .3 seconds too long for him to get his kicks off. It's a cruel world out there.

Went to BRIARCREST and signed with NAVY...but not sure he ever played for NAVY. Here is what I found on him.

Briarcrest Christian School Senior Noah Grant signed his letter of intent to play D1 football for the United States Military Academy in Annapolis, MD. His first year he will be attending the Naval Academy Prep School in Newport, Rhode Island.

Seems he is immediately eligible since he went to prep school and never played for the NAVAL ACADEMY. As an aside, it does not appear that the prep school played any games this year. At least, their web site is not showing any games or scores in 2020.
